Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the revised preliminary plat for the Hosick Ranch subdivision (revision 1) – Precinct 4.

Public Background

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat of the Hosick ranch subdivision that was last approved on March 21st, 2023. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the lot layout. This revision consists of a decrease in 3 lots. With this revision, the proposed Hosick Ranch subdivision consists of 21 lots and no new public roads on 72.50 acres.
