To discuss and take appropriate action on noting in the Minutes the County Clerk's CE hours from the County Investment Academy.
Public Background
Texas Association of Counties provides an Investment Academy for those in the counties across the state whether Treasurers, Commissioners Court Members or Clerks who participate in investment of funds that are the county's or held by the county that are required by a court. There is a continuing education requirement to keep up the enrollment of the County Investment Academy (formerly known as the County Investment Officer).
