Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of a vehicle reimbursement agreement with Camp of Lamps LLC for the Rosedale bike ride for off-duty contracting of County Sheriff's Deputies to be effective March 28, 2026.
Public Background
This is the annual Rosedale bike ride throughout Eastern Williamson County. The agreement will give permission for Camp of Lamps/Rosedale Ride to contract County Sheriff's deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage. The agreement will begin on March 28th at 7:00 a.m. and terminate at 5:00 p.m. that day.
