Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of Vehicle Reimbursement Agreement with The Grove Church in Liberty Hill for off duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies to be effective May 5, 2026.
Public Background
This agreement gives permission for The Grove Church in Liberty Hill to contract County Sheriff Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage for traffic control that is needed to assist with safe entry/exit from parking lot on service dates. This agreement will terminate on September 30, 2026.
