Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving of the final plat for RCG 48 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This subdivision consists of 15 commercial lots, 2 detention pond lots, 1 drainage Lot and 3,424 linear feet of new public roads on 43.2 acres. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,555,554.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
