Benefits Broker Consultant — Provides Leadership Consulting and guidance to the Williamson County Benefits Department, Benefits Committee and to Commissioners Court. Assists in the RFP process for all benefit vendors; Benefits Program Design, Financial Plan Performance and Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, Vendor Performance and Reporting, Claims Audits, Open Enrollment Support, and Benefits Communications Development.
