Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on ratification and approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7C subdivision (revision 1) – Precinct 2.

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat of the Santa Rita Ranch Ph 7C subdivision that was last approved on May 23rd, 2023. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the road alignments and lot layout. This revision consists of an increase of 3,121 linear feet of new public roads, an increase of 7 open space/PUE/landscape easement lots, 8 single family lots, and removal of the future LHISD school lot. With this revision, the proposed Santa Rita Ranch Ph 7C subdivision consists of 1 open space/drainage easement/PUE/landscape easement lot, 14 open space/PUE/landscape easements lots, 352 single family lots and 15,432 linear feet of new public roads on 103.056 acres. Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10th, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.
