Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Standard Utility Agreement between Atmos Energy and Williamson County for utility relocations on CR 110 South, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 4.
Background
Atmos has existing facilities in conflict with the CR 110 South project. The Standard Utility Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $198,445.90. Atmos is 30.51% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to Atmos by the County is $60,545.84 (30.51% of $198,445.90).
