Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a resolution regarding the abandonment and vacation of a 30-foot wide Access Easement situated on Lot 3, San Gabriel Ridge Section One - Pct 2.
Background
The Owner of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of San Gabriel Ridge Section 1 has requested the abandonment and vacation of an existing access easement shown on the recorded final plat (copy attached herewith). The Owner is proposing a development which will include an approximately 39,000 sq. ft. retail building, a separate 5,000 sq. ft. retail pad building, and related paving and infrastructure that will be developed on all of the three platted lots as a single development. The Owner no longer desires an interest in the access easement and has requested the abandonment and vacation of the easement.
