Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2016 donation dollars for the Parks Department.
Background
The Parks Department received donations throughout the year. At the end of Fiscal Year 2016, $8,286.36 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2016 donations to be spent in 2017.
