Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on filling open position of Chief Deputy Constable for the Constable Precinct Two office with William H. Beechinor, pursuant to Tex. loc. gov't. code 86.011.
Background
William H. Beechinor is currently a deputy constable in the Williamson County Precinct Two office. Deputy Beechinor is being appointed to the Chief Deputy Constable position by Constable Rick Coffman. Deputy Beechinor is a licensed peace officer in the State of Texas with 34 years of active law enforcement experience, 27 of which were with Austin P.D. Deputy Beechinor is a 24-year resident of Williamson County.
