Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Amendment with Microsoft for our existing 036 tenant for $5,687.64 with SHI Government Solutions.
Background
This was requested by Lisa Maraden, Analyst I for the Williamson County IT Department; We are updating our licenses. Microsoft requires an Amendment be done when we update our licenses. This is on COOP DIR-SDD-2503. Legal and Audit have provided their approval for this Agreement.
