Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on various line item transfers as related to the adjustment to the bottom of the "B" grade chart previously approved in the FY 17 budget process.
Background
The Court approved a 2% increase to the bottom of the B chart during the budget process for FY17. Only employees that are currently at the bottom or lowest salary for the grade will receive an adjustment to ensure that their salary is at the updated minimum.
