Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Residential Lease Extension Agreement to extend, for five months, the Residential Lease Agreement between Williamson County, as Landlord, and Ed Self and Teresa Self, as Tenants, relating to the residence located at 6801 FM 972, Bartlett, Texas 76511, along with the improvements located thereon.

Williamson County purchased the leased premises from Ed and Teresa Self (Tenants) in order to construct a future roadway over such premises.  The county leased the premises back to the tenants for an 8 month term commencing September 1, 2016 and ending May 1, 2017.  The tenants planned to construct a residence on a different property during the term of the lease, but due to uncontrollable delays they will be unable to complete their new residence prior to the expiration of the lease term.  The additional 5 month extension will provide the tenants with enough time to complete their new home and move out of the leased premises.  The rental of $500 per month and all other terms of the lease will remain the same during the extension.
