Background
This is a simple revision to a small portion of the Rancho Santa Fe Sec 1 plat. The easement along the north boundary line of these four lots has been modified to accommodate the recent 45-foot wide Seminole Pipeline Co. agreement. There are no changes being proposed to the actual lot dimensions.
