Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an easement and right of way between Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC and Williamson County for electric service to the Williamson Sheriff’s Office Training Center.

Electric easement required to provide electric service to the new Sheriff Office Training Center from the Oncor provided overhead electric at the Southeastern corner of the property. The overhead will then run North to a point and go from overhead to underground from the east property line to a ground mounted transformer located close to the building to provide electricity for the new building. This is included in the scope of the building construction and is budgeted through the Project overall budget. Oncor has provided all additional electric service to date at zero cost to Williamson County.
