Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding IFB 1702-140,Signs and Markers, for Williamson County, Road and Bridge Department, to the lowest and overall best value bidders.  Garden State, submitted the lowest and best offer for the majority of signs and roll goods, and then Pathmark and NSTS for the hardware, posts and markers.
