Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to receive, record, and ratify award of contract with Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. previously approved on 02/07/2017, agenda item #19, for Utility Coordination and Utility Engineering Services under RFQ# 1611-127 to the best qualified firm.
Background
On February 07, 2017 the contract with Cobb, Fendley & Associates was approved.This item is to ratify the award of this RFQ to the highest scoring firm. Since there was a difference of 15 points from highest to second highest scoring firm, the evaluation committee opted not to conduct interviews and recommends awarding the contract to the highest scoring firm according to the initial scoring.
