Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 3 to the Georgetown Inner Loop @ WilCo Way contract between Williamson County and Rodriguez Transportation Group, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program.
Background
The $50,000.00 increase in the contract cap is to allow for revised plan sheets based on the elimination of the driveway from the Animal Shelter to Inner Loop and adding a connection from the Animal Shelter parking lot to WilCo Way as well as elimination of a portion of the right turn lane on Inner Loop.
