Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Budget Office.
Background
When we requested a new position it was not known at that time where they would office. Options included a potential cubicle configuration, building some walls to construct a makeshift office or utilizing "vault" space. We have since settled on utilizing vault space which significantly reduces any construction cosst but increases furniture needs. This transfer will cover those additional needs.
