Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding approval of termination of agreement with Western Union
Background
The reason for the termination of the contract is due to payments mistakenly being made to the County Attorney's Office and the time spent to reverse these transactions. The Auditor and Treasurer have also requested for us to stop using Western Union because of the liability involved with them debiting our account for mistaken payments.
