Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the contract statement of work from Motorola Solutions, Inc. to complete the expansion of the current in-building DAS (Distributed Antenna System) to the Williamson County Sheriff's Office administration footprint of the complex. (Note: procurement made pursuant to the Houston-Galveston Area Council HGAC contract #RA05-15).

First phase of DAS (Distributed Antenna System) was installed in the Williamson County Sheriff's Office Jail in September of 2014.  This system not only brought the building to National Fire Standards, but also allowed for effective use of the public safety radios utilized for day-to-day communications by the jail internal employees of the building.  The proposed expansion completes the footprint of the complex and it too will now meet this criteria for National and now the City of Georgetown local fire standards.  It will also improve and enhance radio communications between office patrol administration and field units.
