Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Asphalt Mixes, contract #1509-010, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing Contract for the term of November 3, 2017 - November 2, 2018, with Austin Materials, LLC.
Background
This is the second of two (2) possible, one (1) year renewal options. Road and Bridge, the user department, submitted a vendor performance report stating Austin Materials, LLC met all contract requirements and recommended renewal.
