Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding agreement with Charter Communications Operating, LLC d/b/a Spectrum for new and revised services for fiber internet and ethernet to support county operations.

This agreement is a planned, budgeted increase in speed in our existing Ethernet network for the annex buildings, and also adds Texas Avenue building to the network. Legal would like to note that the County has not been given a Termination for Convenience clause, and a non-appropriation clause that is not as strong as the County would prefer. The vendor will not alter the contract further, however and we have limited options from internet providers.
