Background
Election Systems and Software, LLC was granted a sole source status for this service in Commissioners Court on September 6, 2016 under agenda item #61. This contract shall be in full force and effect when signed by all parties and shall automatically renew, unless terminated pursuant to Agreement Termination clauses.
