Discuss and take appropriate action on acceptance of four tracts totaling 8.95 acres (+/-) in lieu of participation fees for a portion of a new section of Georgetown Village development.
Background
The developer for this project has previously dedicated in lieu of participation fees an approximate 37.5896 acre tract (previously referenced as the Bat Well tract) such conveyance being accepted by the WCCF and the Commissioners Court. This additional 8.95 acres further buffers the feature known as Bat Well, an historic reference site for Texella reyesi (Bone Cave HArvestman) and Eurycea naufragia (Georgetown salamander). The preserve nature of this enhanced site furthers the goals of the Conservation Foundation and the Williamson County Habitat Conservation Plan.
