Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the service agreement with ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corporation which incorporates Statement of Work/Fee Proposal marked as Exhibit A for not-to-exceed amount of $9,724 for inspection services and not-to-exceed amount of $57,998.68 for maintenance services pursuant to TCPN contract # R150801.
Background
The anticipated date for Annual Safety Test of elevators is December 14, 2017. Any associated costs for testing or maintenance is covered in the attached Service Agreement in Exhibit A.
