Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Traffic Signs Agreement #1702-140, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, for the term of March 21, 2018 - March 20, 2019, with Garden State Highway Products, Inc. for signs and roll goods; Pathmark Traffic Products of Texas and NSTS, LLC for hardware, posts and markers.
Background
This is the first extension for this contract. The Road and Bridge department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) for each vendor that reflects that each vendor met all county requirements on this contract, and requests to renew for the first renewal period. The funding source is 200.210.3553 and was included in the FY2018 budget.
