Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the First Amended Services Contract for Fire, Alarm Monitoring with SimplexGrinnell, adding exhibits C1-C5, pursuant to TX-MAS-5-03FACO10, with pricing as shown on Exhibit C1-C5.
Background
The amended service contract is adding 5 new facilities (Texas Avenue building for Williamson County City Heath Department, Sheriff's Office Training Center, North Campus buildings - EMS Training, Vehicle Inspection, Wireless Communications) and adding 5 new exhibits to the service contract C1-C5 for these facilities. The funding source for this effort is under line item 100-0509-4500 in the FY2018 budget.
