Agenda Item
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to review the submitted outcome measures for DY7-DY8 DSRIP projects.
Background
The way DSRIP and DSRIP projects are structured for DY7-DY8 is drastically different than the previous DSRIP model. Under the new DSRIP model and after extensive work sessions, L1-241 "Decrease mental health admissions and re-admissions to criminal justice settings such as jails or prisons" is the project that Williamson County would be able to successfully complete to pull down the $1.2 million dollars in DSRIP funding. The bundle/project would require us to expand our already successful jail diversion initiatives. MOT will perform the main portion of the project, while EMS (CHP) will provide care in the overall collaboration with WCCHD to help them meet their project goals/metrics.
