Background
The Texas Legislature enacted the Property Assessed Clean Energy Act, Texas Local Government Code Chapter 399 (the "PACE Act" during the 83rd Regular Session. The Williamson County PACE program began in March 2016. This agenda item is to provide the Commissioners Court with an update from Charlene Heydinger, President of the Texas PACE Authority on PACE program.
