Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the HVAC Service Contract between MTech and Williamson County for HVAC testing and installation, in the not-to-exceed the amount of $61,000, pursuant to TIPS contract # 1032615 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This service is for the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office. The services provided include HVAC testing and balancing, as well as disconnecting old makeup air unit and installing new makeup air unit. The department point of contact is Dale Butler. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.1008.005300. Funding was approved in the FY2018 budget.
