Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Non Departmental.
Background
The Budget Office received an email from the Auditor's Office stating "Oracle’s economic development incentive payment ended up being much more than estimated due to their square footage increasing from last year. We are going to be short in line 01.0100.0409.004606 by $45,826.36". This transfer will full fund the obligation for FY 18. FY 19 budget will be adjusted as well.
