Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Crack Seal contract 1704-156, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of May 16, 2018 - May 15, 2019, with Right Pointe as the primary vendor, Crafco Inc. as the secondary vendor, and The Quikrete Companies, LLC as the tertiary vendor.
Background
The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that reflected the Vendor met our requirements on this Contract, and requested to renew for the first renewal period. This was included and approved in the FY18 budget under line item 01.0200.0210.003599.
