Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving 2013 Park Bond Budget Transfer to move $545,943 from Blackland Heritage Phase I (P316) to Southwest Regional Park (P320).
Background
This budget transfer is needed to make funds available for the staff recommendation of award RFCSP # 1802-215 to Falkenberg Construction Co. for a contract price in the amount of $839,847 and owner’s construction contingency in the amount of $50,000 for a total $889,847.
