Background
Purchasing solicited competitive sealed proposals for additional facilities at SWWCRP. The solicitation went to a large number of vendors, 76 viewed the proposal and 3 vendors responded. After an initial evaluation, 1 vendor was determined to be non-responsive. The 2 remaining proposals were evaluated by the Evaluation Committee and Falkenberg Construction was the highest scoring vendor. The total contract amount is $889,847.00. Funding source is P320.
