Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Clinical Supplies for WCRAS contract 1702-141, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract that was awarded to Animal Health International and NAO Global, as primary and secondary vendors as noted on the award recommendation letter, covering the term March 21, 2018 - March 20, 2019.

This contract renewal was delayed pending receipt of original signed vendor contract documents and has been operating under the survivability clause in the Terms and Conditions. Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) for each vendor, NAO Global and Animal Health International, that reflected the vendors met our requirements on this Contract, and requests to renew them for the first of two renewal option periods.  This was included and approved in the FY18 budget under line items 01.0545.0545.004975 and 01.0545.0545.003200.
