Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Public Involvement contract 1602-055, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of May 27, 2018 - May 26, 2019, with Buie & Co.
Background
The Public Affairs Manager has submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) that reflected the vendor significantly exceeds requirements on this contract, and requests to renew for the second renewal period. Funding will be provided by project budgets, as needed, with multiple line items approved in the FY2018 budget.
