Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the first amendment to the contract between ECS Southwest, LLP, and Williamson County for engineering services and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
RFQ 1602- 057 was approved and the agreement executed as agenda item no.51 on 12.19.2017. This amendment to the original contract corrects and amends Exhibit "D"- Rate Schedule of the original contract. The new Rate Schedule is defined in Exhibit "D." Randy Bell is the point of contact and this expenditure will be charged to P321.
