Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Constable, Precinct #2.
Background
We have had three of our fleet undergo major repairs of the same type. According to Fleet, failures in the engine mounts and oil and transmission cooler lines are inherent in the 2009-2014 Tahoes. This has exhausted our funding in our vehicle repair line. Any additional monies we have to cover the shortfall were identified by the Budget Office as "restricted" and unable to transfer out of. We are asking the Court to transfer enough monies to cover regular maintenance such as batteries, oil changes and tires for the remainder of FY 18.
