Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project, P325, Change Order # 11 from Chasco Constructors in the amount of $73,201.00 to approve the use of existing funds in the GMP Contract for the complete buy-out of the metal panel and ACM subcontract with Kidd Roofing since the original subcontractor is non-responsive. This change order is being funded by the miscellaneous metal panel allowance and the Construction Managers Contingency.

Background

Change order for the additional funds necessary to complete the buy-out of the metal panel and architectural metal scopes of work which is necessary due to the original subcontractor being non-responsive.
