Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Supplemental Agreement with RVE for Brushy Creek Regional Trail Phase V.
Background
The Texas Department of Transportation is requiring additional Salamander Surveys for the project area associated with Brushy Creek Regional Trail Phase V. Investigators will follow U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service protocols for the Northern Edwards Aquifer Salamanders, released in October of 2014, in conducting presence and absence surveys within the spring runs potentially affected by the project.
