Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive competitive sealed proposals for River Ranch County Park Phase I Development under RFCSP # 1806-239.

Williamson County seeks a qualified firm to construct Phase I facilities at River Ranch County Park located at 1751 County Road 282, Liberty Hill, Texas. 

Phase I facilities include but are not limited to a Park HQ with restrooms, improved campsites and restroom with showers, RV dump station, day use pavilion, day use restroom with no showers, day use play area, Trail Head parking with small prefabricated restroom, maintenance building with restrooms, yard, and equipment sheds, roads, site work, related utilities, and park signage.

Additional facilities are also included as alternate bid items.

Bidders on this project must have experience in the construction of trails and shared use paths in parks and/or sensitive areas and must also have demonstrated experience in the absolute coordination with contractors working on horizontal construction adjacent to the project site.
