Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Zone Project Plan and Finance Plan for the Hutto Reinvestment Zone Number One.
Background
At its January 18, 2018 session, the Williamson County Commissioners Court approved the Interlocal Agreement Regarding Tax Increment Financing between Williamson County and the City of Hutto, which set forth the terms and conditions of Williamson County’s participation in the Hutto Reinvestment Zone Number One. In accordance with the Agreement, the Zone Project Plan and the Zone Finance Plan must be approved by both the City Council of the City of Hutto and the Commissioners Court of Williamson County. The proposed Zone Project Plan and the Zone Finance Plan are now being presented to the Commissioners Court for approval.
