Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a First Amendment to that certain Interlocal Agreement for School Resource Officer Program Between Round Rock ISD & Williamson County Sheriff’s Office to change the commencement date of the Interlocal Agreement from October 1, 2018 to August 22, 2018.
Background
The term of the Interlocal Agreement for School Resource Officer Program Between Round Rock ISD & Williamson County Sheriff’s Office contains the incorrect commencement date of October 1, 2018. The correct commencement date should be August 22, 2018, as the parties originally intended for same to be. The corrected term of the Agreement shall be August 22, 2018 to September 30, 2019.
