Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending the Williamson County Risk Policies Contract Agreement with Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool (TAC), covering the term of October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract and incorporating price changes per updated Property and Liability Contribution & Coverage Declarations.
Background
This is the second renewal. The TAC Risk Policies include Property, Auto Liability, Auto Physical Damage, Law Enforcement Liability, and Public Officials Liability. The total premium for Property Insurance for FY2019 is $220,908 and the combined total premium for Auto, Liability, Auto Physical Damage, Law Enforcement and Public Officials Liability policies for FY2019 is $710,774 which is included in the FY19 budget under General Fund/Road and Bridge Fund.
