Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Armored Courier service contract #1605-078, for the term of October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019, with Dunbar Armored, Inc., for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of pricing revisions shown per the Exhibit "A" defining "Per Month Per Location."
Background
This contract is for armored courier services with Dunbar Armored, Inc supporting multiple locations within Williamson County. This is the second, and last, renewal option period available on this contract and is covering the term October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019. Monthly cost including all locations will be $5,638.67 The funding source on the FY19 Budget is Courier Service 01-0100-0497-004300.
