Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement for mobile crisis services between Williamson County and Bluebonnet Trails Community Services.
Background
The agreement between Williamson County and Bluebonnet Trails Community Services will help both entities' crisis teams work together to provide the citizens of the county 24-hour crisis services, 365 days a year, in a collaborative way that avoids duplication of services. The MOU was worked on with the Director and departments in Emergency Services. With an educational component, the 12-hour shifts should make it easier for law enforcement and first responders to know who to call during a crisis.
