Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional revenues for the General Fund.
Background
Revenue in the area of Insurance Reimbursements is being recognized to offset the expsense of vehicle damanges for the Sheriff's Office. Revenue in the are of Patrol Revenue is being recognized over and above FY 2017 actuals for revenue that is anticipated for FY 2018. This revenue has a direct correlation to addtional vehicle maintenance.
