Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 2 to the CR 176 at RM 2243 contract between Williamson County and WSB & Associates, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P241. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
Compensation Cap is increased from $520,000.00 to $642,000.00, an increase of $122,000.00. These additional funds are to cover scope of services including additional surveying, drainage studies, and design services related to Snowmelt cave and water quality/detention ponds on the north and south ends of the project.
